What is the Culture Lab Collective?
The Culture Lab Collective (CLC) is a community-driven creative collective and cultural organization supporting Black creatives, artists, and cultural producers across the United States.
We exist to close the gap between the cultural impact of Black creativity and the resources, networks, and infrastructure needed to sustain it.
The CLC Mission
The Culture Lab Collective is building a collaborative ecosystem where Black creatives can access opportunities, share knowledge, build meaningful connections, and grow sustainable creative careers—without gatekeeping.
What We Do
We support Black creatives through a community-centered model focused on:
Creative collaboration and networking
Access to resources and professional development
Showcasing and amplifying creative work
Mentorship and peer accountability
TLDR: Help Black creatives turn their work into sustainable, long-term careers.
